"We need to believe and we need to have confidence, it's a big part of football.
"If you are playing with confidence, it's easier, you play better.
"We just need to put what's happened in the past behind us and carry on.
"Obviously we need to win more games and get more points.
"But we need to be hard to beat and make sure we are battling for every ball and every point.
"We didn't start well in the last campaign and we have a tough opener in this one.
