Zarate has not been on good terms with Lazio and the Argentinian striker has been criticised for being selfish by new boss Edy Reja.
"It's normal that there are clubs all over the world interested in Mauro," Sergio Zarate explained. "But no one has ever contacted me up to now.
"Even if there were offers, my brother wouldn't move because he is too attached to the Lazio fans," he concluded.
Zarate hasn't lived up to expectations this season. He has scored just four goals since Lazio made his move from Al-Saad permanent in the summer.
The 22-year-old spent last year on loan from the Qatari side and was something of a revelation, finding the net 13 times as Lazio won the Coppa Italia and Italian Super Cup.
