The Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) made the decision, adding that it was "in the interest of French football".
Reigning french champions Bordeaux were scheduled to host Auxerre on February 20, three days before the first leg of their last-16 clash in Greece.
No new date for the fixture has yet been announced.
Bordeaux, who are involved in both French cups, have a packed fixture list this month and were scheduled to play five matches in 13 days before the decision.
