Manolo Jimenez has rejected talks about his future as Sevilla coach and preferred to talk about their next La Liga game against Mallorca on Sunday.
Sevilla qualified for the Copa del Rey and are still in the Champions League reckoning, but there are worries over their lackluster form in La Liga.
Poor results in the league have allowed Barcelona and Real Madrid to pull away at the top.
"Coaches in Spain depend on results and this has always been the case, I know that many people would be very happy, but nothing affects me and I only care about Mallorca, CSKA, Athletic [Bilbao] and so on," Jimenez said at a press conference.
